Dies are the mold reproductions of the final piece, and as such, they must be milled with the highest quality and finish possible, as they will reflect the tile. Any defect in the die will later appear in the factory production.

Ideal for better finishing on reliefs with more defined textures but shallow depth
We generally use them on bakelite templates, a very versatile material that offers many advantages over aluminum, such as its high mechanical properties that guarantee durability and resistance to high temperatures for vulcanizing templates as well as pressing them.
On the other hand, CNC-controlled milling technology allows us to create aluminum templates for bolder designs with deeper reliefs.
Engraving capacity of 2000×4000 mm
CNC milling machines enable us to maintain high engraving quality, achieving much more pronounced reliefs, although it is not recommended to exceed 8.5mm in depth.
