As the sizes of formats have increased, molds and punches have had to grow accordingly, reaching weights that are no longer possible to transport or move without technological assistance. For this reason, we have developed tools to facilitate this transfer.
Equipped with a semi-automatic lifting, locking, and handling system managed by the operator. The electric punch-holder table is operated via a tiller, similar to that of a stacker or pallet jack, making it very simple and intuitive to use.
This table is designed for use with the punch extraction and sliding guide system, enabling the safe and straightforward extraction and insertion of large-format punches into molds.
A fully manual model is also available.

This system consists of a set of guides designed for movement from a loading system to the mold cavity (and vice versa).
The mold must include a lower punch extraction system for this system to be implemented.


A hydraulic system incorporated within the mold that uses one or more hydraulic pistons integrated into the lower block to extract the punch. When activated, the pistons raise the lower punch above the die box, making it ready to slide out of the mold and speeding up maintenance operations.
