At Macer we produce Special Moulds that allow us to improve and innovate in ceramic manufacturing. Therefore, in addition to moulds classified by typology (entry mould, mirror mould, entry mirror mould, or double mould), we also have moulds for ceramics classified according to the technology or product for which they are adapted.
Our range of Special Moulds are crucial to overcome specific challenges in the manufacture of ceramic products. They are designed to meet the most specific needs of ceramic production beyond traditional tile moulds to focus on innovative solutions.
Our selection of Special Moulds has been designed with the challenges of modern ceramic manufacturing in mind, offering solutions that combine innovation, efficiency and sustainability. Explore how our special moulds can transform your production and raise the quality of your ceramic products.
Our line of moulds includes solutions for CRS (Quick Change Stampo) presses, an optimised system for SACMI presses that improves efficiency by reducing mould change times.
At Macer we can manufacture moulds of any type adapted to CRS presses. These moulds are fully compatible with magnetic clamping systems and quick connections and offer a smooth transition in production, adapting to 380-440 V heating systems.
At Macer we manufacture moulds of any type and we adapt the heating system of the press so that it is powered by a 380 – 440 V three-phase current.
Three-phase power supply systems have the advantage of avoiding the use of large transformers in the press and of requiring a smaller section of wiring than would otherwise be necessary.
Their design includes advanced safety measures including mould design with internal wiring (subject to a number of safety and insulation constraints), specific connectors and resistors, phase compensation, etc.
For mosaic production, we offer Special Molds that can be configured either as traditional mirror molds or inverted molds, depending on the requirements of the product to be manufactured.
In this type of mold, the design without radii on the blades allows for the production of small pieces and mosaics without taper, adapting to the specific needs of the product.
Among our Special Molds, we offer those designed to produce unique pieces such as steps, skirting boards, and angles. These pieces require molds and punches that ensure uniform density across different thicknesses, guaranteeing production quality.
Our molds are designed for precise load adjustment and provide tailored solutions.

At Macer we differentiate ourselves by our design department, known for the quality and variety of textures, achieved through artisanal and digital techniques. We have a specialized sculptor that allows us to offer unique and exclusive designs and an infrastructure capable of anticipating your needs.
That is why over time we have expanded the range of surfaces on which we work, reaching a multitude of supports and spaces, such as shower trays.
For this to all types of surfaces we offer:
At Macer, we specialize in industrial molds for the semi-dry forming of ceramic tiles. However, our expertise extends beyond the ceramic industry, enabling us to offer special molds for various applications.
Our molds are ideal for the production of pressed or solid bricks, providing high strength suitable for multi-story housing construction, as well as for exterior walls, planters, boundary walls, lintels, baseboards, and decorative borders.
At Macer, we have the technology, resources, and experience to develop Special Molds that replicate unique textures, unusual shapes, and precise finishes tailored to the specific needs of each client.
We continuously monitor the environment to improve our proposal to the customer, through the development of new designs, product improvements and improvements in technical assistance.
We are suppliers of solutions for the ceramic industries, offering customisation and adapting our product to the needs of each client.
We develop our ceramic moulds taking into account the dimensional characteristics, aesthetics and technical possibilities.
