At Macer, we have been following and creating ceramic design trends for 50 years, both nationally and internationally.
As a company specialized in design, we constantly engage in market observation and research, attending the most important tile industry fairs, as well as related areas such as architecture, interior design, textiles, and furniture.
We also stay updated on annual design trend studies, such as the annual study by the Habitat Trends Observatory, driven by ITC, AITEX, and AIDIMME.
At our core, we are driven by the search and experimentation with all kinds of materials. Our collections are inspired by both natural elements (stones, marbles, woods…) and artificial elements (concretes, metals, fabrics, architectural geometries…).
Our sculptor, David, with his talent and skill, surprises us every day with works that add a unique value to ceramic tiles. With his hands, he brings even the most delicate details and the most robust forms into the identity of his reliefs.
Ten designers are responsible for developing all of our ideas and inspirations, generating the corresponding grayscale for subsequent machining.
We create custom developments based on our clients’ requirements. Starting from high-resolution images, natural materials, or simply a graphic concept or idea, we manufacture a prototype that will serve as the final design confirmation and to check technical aspects related to production.
Once the design and checks are complete, we proceed with engraving the template/ die box.
We continuously monitor the environment to improve our proposal to the customer, through the development of new designs, product improvements and improvements in technical assistance.
We are suppliers of solutions for the ceramic industries, offering customisation and adapting our product to the needs of each client.
We develop our ceramic moulds taking into account the dimensional characteristics, aesthetics and technical possibilities.
