The result of our commitment is the industrial self-consumption photovoltaic installation project in two of our three production plants, the second stage of which was completed last November and which we present to you today at the end of the project. This project brings us closer to achieving the seventh objective of affordable and non-polluting energy.

This project means a saving for the company of up to 29% of energy consumed from the network in Macer 2 and 34% in Macer 3. This allows us to save up to 172 tons of CO2 emissions per year, increasing the sustainability of production and doing our bit in the fight against climate change.

We continue to work with the aim of further improving sustainability and for this reason the company is already considering the installation of solar panels in the main plant.
