Glass base plate for feeder car
The glass base plate for cart is a new system which uses glass. It forms part of the company’s incorporation of new designs and manufacture of systems for loading powder into the mould.
The glass base plate for feeder car is more durable than the inox plate, having less wear. It facilitates continuous loading with less loss of powder compared with traditional systems, thanks to the flatness of the glass. The glass of the plate is characterised by its high resistance to breakage thanks to being tempered and laminated. One of the advantages of this system is reversibility and easy replacement at the end of its life cycle.
