Moisture – pressure control system
The moisture pressure control system allows all ceramic pieces to have the same bulk density and the same calibre, regardless of changes in the moisture of the powder.
The device is based on continuous measurement and without contact with moisture of the compacted pieces, so that the pressing pressure is modified based on moisture variations.
The main objective of the moisture pressure control system is for keeping the dry bulk density of the pressed ceramic tiles constant. The control system minimises production problems, increases the quality of the final product, reduces costs and reduces the storage space of the final product.
